1. General information
This Refund Policy defines the rules regarding CoinPlain Premium subscriptions.

2. Nature of the service
CoinPlain Premium is a digital service delivered electronically immediately after subscription activation.
After purchase, the user receives immediate access to Premium features.
3. No refunds after activation
By purchasing a Premium subscription, the user agrees that the digital service begins before the withdrawal period expires.
After access to CoinPlain Premium is activated, refunds are not provided.
4. Subscription cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time.
After cancellation, the user keeps access to Premium features until the end of the paid billing period.
Cancelling the subscription does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
5. Technical issues
If the user experiences a technical issue that prevents use of the service, they should contact CoinPlain at: coinplain1@gmail.com.
Each report will be reviewed individually.
6. Changes to this Refund Policy
CoinPlain may update this Refund Policy. The latest version will always be available on the platform.
