Rules for using the CoinPlain platform.
1. General provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the CoinPlain platform.
The service provider is CoinPlain. Contact: coinplain1@gmail.com.
By using CoinPlain, the user accepts these Terms of Service.
2. Nature of the service
CoinPlain is an educational and informational tool that helps users interpret cryptocurrency market data.
CoinPlain does not provide investment advice, financial advisory services, buy or sell recommendations, or profit guarantees.
All investment decisions are made solely by the user at their own responsibility.
3. User requirements
CoinPlain may only be used by users who are at least 18 years old.
The user agrees to provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. User account
Creating an account allows the user to access features available under the FREE and PREMIUM plans.
The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
5. FREE plan
The FREE plan allows access to a limited number of analyses according to current limits published by CoinPlain.
CoinPlain may change FREE plan limits in the future.
6. PREMIUM plan
The PREMIUM plan provides access to additional features, analyses, and cryptocurrencies available only to subscribers.
Available subscription options include a monthly plan and a yearly plan. The monthly plan costs 9.99 EUR or 39.99 PLN. The yearly plan costs 89 EUR or 359 PLN.
Prices may change in the future for new subscriptions. A price change does not affect an already paid subscription period.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the user.
The user may cancel the subscription at any time. After cancellation, access to PREMIUM features remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
8. Refunds
CoinPlain provides digital content available immediately after subscription activation.
By accessing the service, the user agrees that the service begins before the statutory withdrawal period expires.
After PREMIUM access is activated, refunds are not provided.
9. Liability
CoinPlain makes reasonable efforts to present data and analyses carefully.
CoinPlain is not responsible for user investment decisions, financial losses, lost profits, or changes in the value of cryptocurrency assets.
The cryptocurrency market involves high risk.
10. Changes to the Terms
CoinPlain may update these Terms of Service. Important changes will be published on the platform before they take effect.
